The Welcoming Home PT is owned and operated by a licensed WA Real Estate Broker, however,  I have great appreciation for my fellow Real Estate professionals and would never do anything to undermine your client relationships.  I want you to be happy with my service and  thrilled with my level of integrity!

The Welcoming Home PT works almost exclusively via referral in the Port Towsnend and Port Ludlow areas, on Washington's beautiful Olypmic Peninsula.

The Welcoming Home PT offers a variety of services, but will not  climb ladders taller than 4' high and cannot work in a smoking environment due to safety/health concerns.  Any other restrictions will be determined at your consultation.

The first step in working with The Welcoming Home PT is to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, I will assess your needs, discuss your goals, and develop a customized plan for working on your space.

The Welcoming Home PT is (absolutely!) pet friendly.  An introduction to your pet/pets at our initial consultation would be helpful in getting us off on the right paw/foot. 

The Welcoming Home PT offers a variety of services, but deep cleaning is not one of them.  I prefer to let the cleaning professionals handle deep cleaning situations and will happily refer you to someone that can tackle those hard water spots on your shower doors or make the inside of your oven sparkle again. Let's talk about what you need though first and go from there.

The Welcoming Home PT uses natural cleaning products at home as much as possible.  I find most of what makes cleaning enjoyable at Grove Collaborative.  https://www.grove.co/

The Welcoming Home PT will run errands on a case by case basis, as needed and agreed to in advance.  An example might be that we are working to create a welcoming space for your out-of-town guests, but you would like to update the bedding and other decor and don't have time/ability to drive to pick up your order yourself.

I've always been that person in my family to bring everyone together for a holiday, or a birthday, etc.  When my kids were young, I hosted large parties with all of their friends and their families.  One year I baked 18 gluten free gingerbread house cakes, so each family could take one home after their child/children had decorated it during the party.  I hosted a chicken and waffles party at the beach one year too.  It turned out to be pretty windy for a while, but everyone gathered around the bonfire and had a great time anyway.  I've learned that things don't always have to be perfect to be wonderful, and that making things feel special is something I enjoy.  I'm here to help you create or keep a home  that feels more welcoming and relaxing for you and/or your guests.  I also have years of experience as a locally trusted Real Estate Agent.  Throughout my career, it has been a common theme that I've helped my clients in ways that have consistently gone above and beyond common expectations.  In doing so, I have discovered a love and a gift for helping people just like yourself, feel less stress and more joy during the every day or during seasons of transition.
